Walk Through a Door

Four Doors

We are not eligible to apply for Thoroughbred Aftercare Alliance accreditation until December 2028, when we satisfy the three-year operations requirement. We are not asking for what we have not yet earned — we are asking for what is appropriate at this stage of our work: relationship, witness, and the slow construction of trust.

Sponsor a Child Through Bully's Promise

Our first cohort is forming now in southwest Marion County. The program is built on ponies and miniatures under twelve hands — a deliberate safety standard for children eight to twelve. Sponsorship packets are available; the GiveButter interest-list form goes live this month.

II.

Refer a Horse

We are not a rescue. We are a working program building a small herd of suitable second-career horses — ponies, retired claiming horses, broodmares whose careers have closed gently. If you have a horse who needs the right kind of next life, please write directly.

III.

Refer a Young Person

Beginning July 1, 2026, our Equine Groom School Diversion program accepts referrals from the 5th Judicial Circuit and partner agencies — civil-citation diversion structured around real horse work, real accountability, real wages. If you operate a farm, a track string, or a breeding operation in Marion County and would consider hiring a graduate, that is the only validation our program needs.

Lend Us Your Name

An endorsement, a reference letter, an introduction to FTBOA leadership, a phone call to a foundation officer, a quiet word in the right room. The thoroughbred community knows that the best endorsement is the one made privately to the right person. We will earn it slowly, but the door it opens cannot be earned any other way.

The Kettle Is On

If this letter finds you at the right moment, the most natural place to begin a conversation is at our annual Letters from Mothers gathering — a quiet morning we host in honor of mothers carrying the weight of the justice system. The next chapter is May 3, 2027.

Nobody crosses the finish line alone.
